(a) Implementation of EAPs must include at least:
- (1) One (1) tabletop exercise per year; and
- (2) One (1) test drill every three (3) years.
- (b) The Chief Engineer of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission must be notified at least one (1) week in advance of either procedure.
