Incorporation into Arkansas Water Plan
Arkansas Code § 15-22-503; Arkansas Code § 15-22-505
Upon approval of the application, the:
(1) Project shall constitute an amendment of the Arkansas Water Plan; and
(2) Arkansas Water Plan shall be deemed amended accordingly.
