15 CAR § 22-702 – Determination of compliance

(a) The Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may approve all or part of an application.
(b) An applicant may refile at any time any application, or part thereof, that has been disapproved if the director determines that circumstances surrounding the original disapproval have significantly changed to allow reconsideration.
