15 CAR § 22-301 – Procedure generally

(a) Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff shall review the application to ascertain:
1. (1) The accuracy of the data contained in the application; and
2. (2) Whether the project would comply with the Arkansas Water Plan.
(b) After completing its review, the commission staff shall:
1. (1) Recommend the approval or disapproval of the application; and
2. (2) State reasons for its recommendation in writing.
(c) After obtaining a recommendation from commission staff, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall schedule a hearing on any completed application.
