- (a) All information gathered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff and presented at the hearing shall be analyzed and considered by the commission before making allocations.
(b) Within ten (10) working days after the public hearing, the commission will:
- (1) Make a determination concerning the alleged water shortage; and
- (2) Issue the appropriate orders to the affected persons.
