- (a) The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall schedule a public hearing on the request as soon as reasonably possible.
- (b) Notice of the hearing shall be published at least once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the newspaper having the greatest circulation in each of the counties involved.
