Commission notification

Arkansas Code § 15-20-206; Arkansas Code § 15-22-205; Arkansas Code § 15-22-301

Upon receiving an application containing the information listed in 15 CAR § 20-601, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall notify the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission at its next regular meeting.
