- (a) A permittee shall notify the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission of his or her desire to transfer the permit to another person.
- (b) Permits are freely transferable.
(c)
- (1) A permittee shall seek prior approval from the director for any other changes to permit conditions.
- (2) The procedures set out in this part shall be used for permit modification other than as set out in subsections (a) and (b) of this section.
