Cancellation — Misuse

Arkansas Code § 15-20-206; Arkansas Code § 15-22-205

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may cancel any permit for:

(1) Violation of any condition contained in the permit;
(2) Use of water for a purpose other than stated in the permit; or
(3) The diversion of more water than permitted.
