- (a) Unless installed by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, diverters assigned a water allocation will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of such water level gauges at diversion points as the commission may direct.
- (b) Assistance in installation and maintenance of gauges may be provided by the commission.
