- (a) Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and conservation district employees may enter upon and inspect private property to determine compliance with the requirements of this part.
(b)
- (1) Entry shall not occur without prior notification of the owner, operator, or agent in charge of the property.
- (2) Notice shall be given to the owner, operator, or agent at least seventy-two (72) hours before entry.
- (c) Documentation of biosecurity measures taken and biosecurity certification received by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission agent, including a biosecurity log book, shall be made available to the owner or operator upon request.
- (d) Upon notice of disease outbreak by the Arkansas Board of Animal Health, inspection under this part shall be automatically suspended until notification by the Arkansas Board of Animal Health that it is safe to resume inspections.
