15 CAR § 5-302 – Review of application

(a) The application and supporting documentation to obtain certification will be reviewed by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission staff.
(b)
1. (1) The commission will:
  1. (A) Inform the applicant in writing if it determines that the application is incomplete; and
  2. (B) Specify why the application is incomplete.
2. (2) When a completed application, supplemental application, or requested information is returned, the commission staff will continue action on the application.
