15 CAR § 4-402
Quarterly activity reports
Arkansas Code § 15-20-1004
A certified nutrient planner shall file a quarterly activity report with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission containing the following information:
(1) Name and certificate number of the certified nutrient planner; and
(2) Number of nutrient management plans completed.
