(a)

1. (1) The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may periodically inspect:

   1. (A) Nutrient management plans prepared by certified nutrient planners; and
   2. (B) Other records for compliance with this part.
2. (2) A complete copy of each nutrient management plan prepared shall be made available for inspection by commission personnel upon request.

(b) The certified nutrient planner must also maintain a summary listing of:

1. (1) All nutrient management plans prepared for each landowner or operator; and
2. (2) The dates the plans were prepared or revised.
