(a) Each applicant shall:
- (1) Be notified of results in writing within sixty (60) days of the completion of the examination; and
- (2) Receive notice of whether certification has been approved.
- (b) An applicant denied certification for a reason other than test failure may request review of the decision pursuant to Rules of Organization and General Operation of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, 15 CAR pt. 1.
