15 CAR § 4-202 – Review of application

(a) The application and supporting documentation to obtain certification will be reviewed by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
(b) The commission will:
1. (1) Inform the applicant in writing if it determines that the application is incomplete; and
2. (2) Specify why the application is incomplete.
(c) When a completed application, supplemental application, or requested information is returned, the commission will continue action on the application.
