Servicing fees for Arkansas Water Development Fund, Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Systems Revolving Fund, and Arkansas Water Resources Cost Share Revolving Fund
Arkansas Code § 15-20-206; Arkansas Code § 15-20-209
- (a) Applicants for financial assistance under the Arkansas Water Development Fund Program, Arkansas Water Resources Cost Share Revolving Fund Program, or the Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Management Systems Program shall pay to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission a servicing fee of three percent (3%) of the total amount of financial assistance provided under these programs.
- (b) This fee shall be paid at the time the funds are disbursed unless otherwise approved by the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
(c) This fee shall be:
- (1) Deposited into the Arkansas Water Development Fund; and
- (2) Used for the general operation of the commission.
- (d) Upon return of any unneeded funds, the servicing fee associated with those funds will not be refunded.
