- (a) Upon receipt of request for declaratory order, the Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall promptly review the request and determine whether it meets the requirements of 15 CAR § 1-401.
- (b) If it is a proper request, the director shall issue a declaratory order within ninety (90) days of the receipt of the request.
