- (a) A quorum shall consist of more than one-half (1/2) of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission membership at any regular or special meeting for the purpose of conducting commission business and exercising commission powers and for all other purposes, but a smaller number may adjourn from time to time until a quorum is obtained.
- (b) When a quorum is in attendance action may be taken by the commission upon an affirmative vote of more than one-half (1/2) of the members.
