- (a) The Chair of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall preside at all meetings of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
(b) He or she is authorized to:
- (1) Execute all documents on behalf of the commission; and
- (2) Appoint the committees of the commission.
