(a)

1. (1) The Director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall establish fees for miscellaneous services provided by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.

2. (2) Services for which fees will be charged shall include, but are not limited to:

   1. (A) Photocopying;
   2. (B) Handling and mailing;
   3. (C) Providing publications; and
   4. (D) Processing dishonored checks.

(b)

1. (1) The director will prepare and make available to the public a list of services for which fees apply and the applicable charges.
2. (2) This list may be updated from time to time as the director determines necessary.
