- (a) The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall consist of nine (9) members, residents and electors of the State of Arkansas, to be appointed by the Governor with advice and consent of the Senate.
- (b) At least two (2) members shall reside in each congressional district as existed on August 1, 1985.
- (c) The term of office shall be for seven (7) years.
