15 CAR § 1-101 – Name of the commission

(a) The name of the commission shall be “Arkansas Natural Resources Commission”.
(b) The name “Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission”:
1. (1) Appears in the rules of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and in all other documents of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission; and
2. (2) Shall be considered to mean “Arkansas Natural Resources Commission”.
