Facilities used for the collection, treatment, and renovation of wastewater shall be at least:

1. (1) Three hundred feet (300’) from the high-water mark of any body of water, if within one quarter (1/4) mile of a public water supply intake on that body of water;
2. (2) Three hundred feet (300’) from any spring used as a public water supply;
3. (3) One hundred feet (100’) from any source of domestic water supply;
4. (4) One hundred feet (100’) from the high-water mark of any stream or lake;

5. (5)

   1. (A) Fifty feet (50’) from any pond on the same property and at least one hundred feet (100’) from any pond on adjacent properties, if in the pond watershed.
   2. (B) In no case shall the minimum separation distance from any pond be less than fifty feet (50’);
6. (6) Ten feet (10’) from any dwelling or building;
7. (7) Ten feet (10’) from all property lines;

   1. (A) Ten feet (10’) from any water service line.

9. (9) One hundred feet (100’) from any sinkhole.
