- (a) The Department of Agriculture may attempt to resolve compliance issues by instituting corrective action, including, but not limited to, a warning letter against a grant recipient who fails to comply with any of the terms agreed upon in the grant agreement.
- (b) The department, after unsuccessfully attempting to resolve compliance issues through a corrective action, may withhold, reduce, or deobligate the grant recipient’s program grant moneys.
- (c) The department may take other action as appropriate to recapture program grant moneys expended in contravention to this part.
