(c)

1. (1) Each district must establish a consistent time and date for its monthly board meetings.

2. (2) If due to unforeseen circumstances there is need to change the time and date, the district must:

   1. (A) Notify the public within twenty-four (24) hours of the decision to reschedule the meeting; and
   2. (B) Provide at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice of the newly scheduled date and time.
