- (a) As a part of the district's operating plan submitted pursuant to 14 CAR § 1-702(3), the district shall outline the specific goals and activities that it will undertake to accomplish these goals as part of its local water conservation education and information plan.
- (b) A budget for the education and information plan shall be prepared and submitted as part of the district's proposed budget within the operating plan prepared pursuant to 14 CAR § 1-702(4).
- (c) An assessment of last year's water conservation education and information activities and its effectiveness in obtaining those goals shall be included in the operating plan assessment required under 14 CAR § 1-702(5).
