- (a) Upon review of the Department of Agriculture’s annual appropriation for conservation districts and other funds available for the district program, the department may allocate a portion of available funds for the grant program.
(b)
- (1) Funds provided under this subpart are limited to those funds actually made available by the department for this purpose.
(2) The department is not required to provide funds under this subpart if the funds are:
- (A) Not appropriated; or
- (B) Otherwise not available.
