(b) The Director of the Old State House Commission is responsible for:

1. (1) Implementing the policies and programs determined by the Old State House Commission; and

2. (2) Administering the agency in accordance with the procedures of the:

   1. (A) Director of the Division of Arkansas Heritage; and
   2. (B) State government.

(c) The Director of the Old State House Commission:

1. (1) Serves as liaison to the commission and the Division of Arkansas Heritage for all agency staff; and
2. (2) Directs the daily operation of agency programs and employees.
