13 CAR § 71-101 – Generally

(a)
1. (1) All visitor and staff parking spaces will be assigned by the Director of Historic Arkansas Museum.
2. (2) This assignment will constitute the authorized use of parking spaces at Historic Arkansas Museum.
(b)
1. (1) All visitors will be requested through appropriate and visible signage on the parking lot to leave their vehicle license numbers at Historic Arkansas Museum’s visitor reception desk.
2. (2) This action will confirm the authorized use of the visitor spaces.
(c) Visitors using the spaces on the north side of Third Street between Scott and Cumberland Streets following City Ordinance #10,021 shall confirm the authorized use of the spaces with window cards obtainable at the reception desk.
(d) The unauthorized parking of vehicles in the parking lot, on the sidewalks, grounds, streets, alleys, and driveways on or adjacent to Historic Arkansas Museum property shall constitute a violation subject to an administration charge:
1. (1) Through the ticketing of said vehicles; or
2. (2) By the removal of said vehicles by a towing service at the owners’ expense.
(e) The enforcement of this part is assigned to the security staff of Historic Arkansas Museum, along with other duties relating to the protection of the museum's collection, buildings, grounds, staff, and visitors, following Arkansas Statutes §§ 7-112 – 7-120.
