(a) Review panels are designated by the Director of the Division of Arkansas Heritage and composed of:
- (1) One (1) Arkansas Historic Preservation Program staff member;
- (2) One (1) Arkansas Arts Council staff member;
- (3) One (1) Division of Arkansas Heritage museum staff member; and
- (4) One (1) additional designee.
- (b) All panelists are obligated to identify potential conflicts of interest with applicants and may not serve on a review panel if a conflict exists.
