13 CAR § 62-103 – Grant uses

(a) The grant may be used as reimbursement for the cost of commissioning, designing, and installing artwork.
(b) The grant may not be used:
1. (1) For general administrative expenses incurred by the applicant or any of the collaborators, which include:
  1. (A) Administrative salaries/benefits;
  2. (B) Capital expenditures; or
  3. (C) General marketing costs; or
2. (2) To cover artistic and technical staff salaries/benefits for the applicant or any collaborator.
(c) Questions on the appropriateness of a proposed budget line item should be referred to the grant administrator.
