(a) The application form provided by Arkansas Historic Preservation Program is a document that requests detailed information of the applicant and property.
(b) While preparing your application you may contact the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program Grant Administrator for assistance.
(c) Incomplete applications may not be reviewed, so carefully review each item of the application form.
