Arkansas Code § 13-7-104
- (a) Only architects licensed by the State of Arkansas can be employed on projects receiving Arkansas Historic Preservation Program grant funds.
(b) The architect:
- (1) Prepares plans, specifications, a work-cost breakdown, and other required contract documents for submission to the program; and
- (2) Will supervise the project.
- (c) The architect selected by the grantee is encouraged to meet with the program staff to discuss the project in detail.
