13 CAR § 28-510 – Reporting

(a) Grantees are required to submit reports during the grant period according to the grant agreement.
(b) Progress reports are required at least quarterly and must accompany any partial payment request.
(c)
1. (1) A final project report is required no later than thirty (30) days after completion of the project.
2. (2) This report must include:
  1. (A) Certification/documentation of cash match;
  2. (B) Photos; and
  3. (C) Total project costs.
(d) Full or final payment requests must be accompanied by the final project report.
