(1) A two-to-one (2:1) cash match is required for Option 1 and Option 2 Historic Preservation Restoration Grants.
(2) The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program will provide two-thirds (2/3) of the total project cost, and the applicant must provide the remaining one-third (1/3), i.e., a minimum ten-thousand-dollar grant award requires a cash match of at least five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(3) In-kind labor or material will not be considered.
(4) The grant recipient must provide certification/documentation of cash match when the grant agreement is signed.
(b) Option 3 grant recipients must provide a twenty percent (20%) match of the total project cost i.e., a minimum five-thousand-dollar grant award requires a match of one thousand dollars ($1,000), fifty percent (50%) of which may be in-kind materials, services, and/or labor.
