- (a) If an applicant receives a notification letter that they have been awarded a grant they must attend a grant administration workshop in Little Rock at a time and location determined by the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program.
(b)
- (1) Attendance is mandatory for the grant recipient or project manager.
(2) Failure to attend the grant administration workshop will result in:
- (A) Cancellation of the grant award; and
- (B) Reallocation of the funds to other projects.
(c) The workshop will:
- (1) Provide training on how to administer your grant; and
- (2) Answer any questions you may have.
- (d) Grant recipients who have attended training in the past two (2) years may be exempt from this training with written approval from the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program Grant Administrator.
