All grant recipients must agree to abide by and comply with applicable state and federal rules, regulations, and policies, including:

1. (1) The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.;
2. (2) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(d);
3. (3) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794;
4. (4) Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.;
5. (5) The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.; and

6. (6) All other applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and executive orders dealing with:

   1. (A) Public works;
   2. (B) Professional services; and
   3. (C) Bidding procedures.
