1. (a) Notice of grant opportunity will be posted on the Division of Arkansas Heritage website at least sixty (60) days before the submission deadline.
2. (b) Submission deadline will be announced in the notice of grant opportunity.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Grants will be awarded within fifteen (15) days of application submission deadline.
   2. (2) Grant awards are subject to verification of actual expenses.

4. (d)

   1. (1) Funds will be available after the NHD National Contest following the submission of the final travel expenditures and supporting documentation demonstrating actual expenses per student (receipts, etc.).
   2. (2) Applicant must submit final travel expenditure documentation within thirty (30) days of the last day of the NHD National Contest or the grant award will be rescinded.

Codification Notes: "NHD" means National History Day.
