13 CAR § 11-508 – Allowable expenses

(a) To be considered allowable, all costs must appear in the approved work-cost breakdown.
(b) Some of the most frequently used allowable costs include:
1. (1) Historical, architectural, or archeological research necessary to implement and carry out project work;
2. (2) Architectural, engineering, or contractor fees necessary to implement and carry out project work;
3. (3) Expendable supplies and materials;
4. (4) Rental or lease of project equipment;
5. (5) Exterior restoration; and
6. (6) Structural repairs.
