Arkansas Code § 13-2-207
(a)
- (1) The Arkansas State Library will develop application forms to be completed by all interested public libraries and literacy councils.
- (2) Application forms must be completed and submitted by the deadline designated by the Arkansas State Library.
- (b) The Arkansas State Library will develop an application process which will be made available to all applicants.
