As used in this part:

1. (1) “ALA” means the American Library Association;
2. (2) “ASL” means the Arkansas State Library;
3. (3) “Master’s degree” refers to the educational award given by a library school whose program is accredited by the ALA; and
4. (4) “State Aid” means State Aid to Public Libraries.
