1. (a) By submitting the SDR to the State and Local Government Publications Clearinghouse, an agency ensures that a copy of the publication is sent to each depository library and included in the official State Documents Depository at the Arkansas State Library.
2. (b) The SDR is set at four (4) copies for the Arkansas State Library plus one (1) copy for each select and full depository.
3. (c) The SDR may be reduced when only a small printing run is made.
