The Arkansas State Library shall adhere to the responsibilities of regional libraries listed in 44 U.S.C. §§ 1909 – 1916 and the Legal Requirements and Program Regulations of the Federal Depository Library Program issued by the Government Publishing Office’s Office of the Superintendent of Documents.
