12 CAR § 132-108 – Effective dates and duration of the program

(a) This program will be effective June 10, 2024, and shall remain in effect unless amended or suspended by the Adjutant General.
(b) This program may be terminated at any time and for any reason by the Adjutant General.
(c) Payment of all assistant agreements are subject to the availability of funds.
