- (a) The military reservation commander may authorize, with coordination of the Director of State Resources, disbursement of funds obtained through implementation of this part in order to defray any cost associated with implementation.
- (b) Additionally, upon recommendation of the military reservation traffic board, the military reservation commander may authorize, with coordination of the Director of State Resources, disbursement of funds obtained through implementation of this part for such other purposes as are authorized by this part.
- (c) The Director of the Department of State Resources may designate the use of such forms as are appropriate to maintain accountability of funds.
