12 CAR § 131-301 – Violations generally

(a) The violations described in this subpart may be enforced administratively.
(b) Any ambiguity shall be interpreted in such a manner as to increase the safety of personnel and property on state military reservations.
(c) Some of these violations are:
1. (1) Unique to military reservations; and
2. (2) Necessary for:
  1. (A) The safety of service members; and
  2. (B) Good order and discipline.
