- (a) This part constitutes a lawful order given by the Adjutant General for all persons under his or her command.
- (b) This part is punitive in nature.
- (c) Any person suspected of violating this part while subject to the Military Code of Arkansas (Acts 1969, No. 50, as amended) may be prosecuted under state military authority and as provided under 12 CAR § 131-105.
