(a)

1. (1) If a request for administrative review is not received within twenty (20) days of the postmark of the advisement of the community notification level, the notification process will proceed.

2. (2) A copy of the sex offender assessment and offender fact sheet will be mailed to the:

   1. (A) Local police department;
   2. (B) Local sheriff’s department;
   3. (C) Prosecuting attorney;
   4. (D) Division of Community Correction;
   5. (E) Arkansas Crime Information Center; and
   6. (F) Parole Board.

(b)

1. (1) The law enforcement officer having jurisdiction over an offender shall review the:

   1. (A) Notification guidelines and procedures; and
   2. (B) Offender fact sheet.
2. (2) Prior to notification, the law enforcement agency should confirm the offender’s location.

3. (3) Any discrepancies on the offender fact sheet should be immediately brought to the attention of the SOCNA by:

   1. (A) Phone (870) 850-8429; or
   2. (B) Fax (870) 850-8446.
