- (a) Specialized services staff who are not normally in contact with detainees, or whose infrequent contacts occur under conditions of separation of juveniles and adults can serve both.
(b) Such staff includes the following:
- (1) Cooks;
- (2) Bookkeepers; and
- (3) Medical professionals.
